Warigo-soba is usually served in a three-tier serving bowl together with a variety of toppings.

You add extra soba sauce (soba tsuyu) in the bowl when you eat kamaage soba.

Sake Izumo is said to be the birthplace of sake.

Saka Shrine worships the god of sake brewery "Kusunokami" (久斯之神). According to "Izumo no Kuni Fudoki" (出雲国風土記), it is written that gods gathered here to make sake and enjoyed drinking it. That's why Izumo is said to be the birthplace of sake.
